1) Due to the uneven moisture content of the porcelain clay during high-temperature firing, the following black spots/bubbles/pinholes may appear during the shrinkage process.
Note: The place where the bottom of the ceramic is connected to the chopping board cannot be glazed during firing. This is not a quality problem.
2) The grouting port is used for the processing technology of making ceramic vessels, retaining the possibility of manual decoration creation. When grouting, use clay slurry with uniform concentration to inject into the dry plaster mold. The shrinkage rate of the solidification of the clay slurry is about 8%, which is described in The grouting opening is formed in the grouting place, which is not a quality problem.
